Your coursework submissions will be visible up until the date of the exam board for the module so you can see when your coursework has been registered as having been received in SAT. To avoid upload problems, it is recommended that you upload very large media files over a wired internet connection rather than wifi. Do not use the Write Submission option unless specifically instructed to do so by your instructor. Below the main tab you should see six subtabs:
Yellow indicates that the submission period is within the 24 hour late window. When you have attached all the files you are required to, select Submit. Green indicates that the deadline has not yet been reached. SAT staff will record this using the barcode identifier on the Coursework Submission Coversheet soon after the deadline. There is no receipting facility for these submission in the myUWE Coursework tab.
If you need to attach any other files to your submission use the Browse My Computer button to find and select them.
You will now see a thumbnail of your media file inside a table in the text editor. Green are Coversheet download submissions where the coursework has been scanned and receipted as on-time. There is no receipting facility for these submission in the myUWE Coursework tab.
Green indicates that the deadline has not yet been reached. When an assignment is available for you to submit, it will become a clickable link on the Coursework tab in Blackboard. You may be expected to make other submissions which sehet not listed here. Queries about your mark or feedback – Please check that the mark in courseework MarkingRecord. We strongly recommend that you check your submission has been uploaded successfully by following the guidance on the Checking your submission was successful page.
Students need to click on a particular coursework item to expand the coversheet download or link to Blackboard. Browse to attach your submission file. Take Note The Assignment Name is a clickable link available from the start date and time, up to the end date and time this includes the 24 hour submsision submission period. If you need to attach any other Kaltura Media files, we recommend you click submisson the right of the table which contains uee first subimssion file before repeating steps 6 and 7 again.

ONLY the latest submission made will be assessed. Submitting Kaltura Media or other media files to an assignment For students who have been asked to cousework or upload a video file using Kaltura Media, you first need to access Kaltura Media and upload or create your media file in your My Media area. Once you have completed this, you make your actual assignment submission following the quick steps below.

Any text added to this area will be displayed to your instructor as coursewori and may not be marked.
When will I see the Coversheet? Resit Assignments – during the resit period, only the students who are resitting will see resit assignments. Whilst the assignment is available for submission, there will be a clickable link directly into the assignment. You can either print it immediately after download or save it to your computer to use later. To see media which has been shared with you via the collaborate option you may need to click the filters button and tick media I can publish.
Please check this information carefully before attaching it to your work to make sure you have attached the correct Coursework Coversheet. Coursework subtab 31st March – the Coursework tab has undergone changes to the way coursework is displayed. You will see the contents of your My Media area.
Red are Coversheet download submissions where the coursework has not yet been scanned and receipted, or no submission has been made.
