Benefits are pretty non-existent for casual but again, this is what I expected. It was quite busy but pretty fun; the staff was always willing to help us new employees as there is a lot to know. However, this is a great part-time job while in school. Hours to inconsistent to rely on, new pay grid is a joke and the union does not care about its workers. There’s lots of good resources online if you search for “resume objective”.
A customer service job at a retail LCBO will not exist in 5 years I loved the physical work and my co-workers and the customers. It takes forever for a raise and you are treated like the help.
I would stalk shelves and also unload trucks. Given the chance to learn lots about the company. I have found the staff to be great – very friendly and willing to teach newbies.

As a casual with no other employment, you can work everyday of the week during especially busy times or you can ask for certain days off or times of day, i. A typical day at work is very productive since people interact frequently. The questions were set up in a way where there was 3 or 4 ideas squeezed into one question. The interviewers were nice and the overall experience was okay because of the questions.
Productive and fun place. There were two interviewers who took turns asking questions and writing down everything. Interview Application, phone screen, interview with a panel and assessment and interview with senior management. Not a hostile environment.
Also no 24 hour stores! It has a diverse work culture. I said I went on youtube to watch a DIY video and it still didn’t fix the problem at had been trying to find a solution to lol.
